Who Are These Goofballs?
Every good story needs an origin, and ours happens to have a room number. We met as design students at Troy University, in room 207 of the IAC. Somewhere between late-night projects and way too many short films, we became fast friends. When we graduated in 2024 with our degrees in Graphic Design, we had a big idea and almost no idea how to run a business. So we did the logical thing and started one anyway. We named it after the room where it all began, because, honestly, what else were we going to call it?
Two and a half years and more than 50 clients later, we’ve figured out a thing or two. We’ve rebranded a regional hospital, built brand identities from scratch for growing companies, launched websites for engineering firms and arts organizations, and created everything from print collateral to merch to full video productions. Our clients range from one-person shops to multi-million dollar companies. Whatever the size, we bring the same level of strategy and polish.
That range comes from the team. Jared leads the studio full-time as Creative Director, steering every project from first sketch to final delivery. Howard holds a master’s in Strategic Communications and designs for Troy University Marketing. Reanna holds an MBA and serves as Program & Marketing Coordinator at Troy University’s IDEA Bank. Nathan leads videography for CHELCO in DeFuniak Springs, Florida. That means our work is shaped by brand strategy, business sense, and real production experience, not just good taste.
What we do:
Brand Identity: logos, color, type, and full brand systems that hold up everywhere they go
Web Design: websites that look sharp, work smoothly, and make it easy for people to say yes
Graphic Design: print, digital, signage, merch, and anything else that needs to look good
Photography: people, places, products, and the moments in between
Videography: brand films, promos, and social content, planned, shot, and edited in-house
We’ve grown up a lot since room 207, but we still work the same way. We collaborate, sweat the details, and have a genuinely good time making work that helps our clients grow.
Reanna Thompson
CEO
Reanna brings the business savvy to back up the creative side. She earned her B.S. in Graphic Design with a minor in Business, followed by an MBA, and she serves as Program & Marketing Coordinator at Troy University’s IDEA Bank. She spent five years as a majorette in Troy University’s Sound of the South, so she’s no stranger to performing under pressure. Off the clock, she’s all about Barbie, anything pink, thrifting the perfect find, and her Boston Bijoux.
Howard Purvee
Head of Marketing
Howard pairs a designer’s eye with a strategist’s brain. He holds a B.S. in Graphic Design with a minor in Videography, plus a master’s in Strategic Communications, and he currently designs for Troy University Marketing. His time with Troy University Athletics sparked a love for sports design that still shows up in his bold, high-energy work. He’s also a certified movie buff with nearly 1,000 films watched, so if you need a recommendation, he has one (or twelve).
Jared Hester
Creative Director
Jared runs Studio 207 full-time and keeps every project on track from first sketch to final delivery. He earned his B.S. in Graphic Design with a minor in Illustration from Troy University, and he’s an ADDY-winning designer with a sharp eye for craft and detail. Before Studio 207, he spent four years playing trumpet in Troy University’s Sound of the South marching band, so he knows a thing or two about teamwork and hitting your mark. When he’s not designing, you’ll find him shooting film photography, gaming, or chasing a decent score on the disc golf course.
Nathan Hobbs
Head of Videography
Nathan is the reason our stories move. He holds a B.S. in Graphic Design with a minor in Videography and leads videography for CHELCO in DeFuniak Springs, Florida. Music fuels everything he makes, and in his spare time he turns his favorite songs into motion graphics pieces. Fittingly, he had a big hand in the music video that earned us our Telly Award.
